识别腺相关病毒(AAV)的单克隆抗体
腺相关病毒A(AAV)是细小病毒科的一个成员，是一种感染人类和一些非人灵长类物种的微小
单链DNA病毒。目前，已报道了13个人类和非人灵长类AAV血清型和150个基因型。AAV目前被
认为是非致病性的，大多数感染AAV的人只会产生轻微的免疫反应。腺相关病毒衣壳将基因携带
到分裂和静止的细胞中，可以将遗传信息插入宿主基因组。
不同的AAV血清型已被证明具有针对特定组织和细胞类型的嗜性。这是由于它们的氨基酸序列和衣壳结构的差异，这使得它们能够与不同的宿主细胞受体相互作用。AAV的这些特性已被用于基因治疗，重组AAV病毒已被工程化，以携带治疗基因进入各种宿主细胞。
